The use of unlicensed images infringes Piers Baker’s copyright. Videos using unlicensed images will be subject to copyright takedown notices. Videoscribe subscribers have access to some images but, as Piers Baker’s SVG image files cannot be downloaded from Videoscribe, it is not possible to add colour to them. Therefore the use of colour versions of Piers Baker’s black & white images will be proof that they are unlicensed copies, most likely from an unlicensed third party.
